We manufacture a comprehensive selection of fire retardant foams and products, using non-burning polyurethane and melamine foams. These meet FMVSS302, UL94 HF1 and Class O (black Pyrosorb, Fireseal and Basotect) standards, which include:

Class O foams have been widely adopted in the building industry where high performance soundproof foams are required with superior sound absorbing and non-flammable properties. These include:

We stock both polyurethane and melamine Class O rated foams to offer customers the optimal product to meet their specific needs and budget.

Our polyurethane Class O fire rated foam products are manufactured from black Pyrosorb and Fireseal, which are easily cut for a perfect fit and are incredibly durable and fire retardant.

We are also a leading supplier of Basotect melamine Class O rated foam products, which are recognised for their outstanding flame resistance and fire retardancy. These products do not melt or drip when exposed to flames. Combined with their lightweight structure, they are a popular choice for products such as ceiling tiles and wall panels.

As well as supplying custom cut and shaped fire retardant foams, including profiled products, we also manufacture UL 94 and Class O foams with coatings and composites such as oil dispersing and heat reflecting coatings, foil and film-based composites, aluminium sheet inter-layers and self-adhesive backing.
