Technical Foam Services is the first UK-based foam converter to be awarded all three ISO certificates, covering quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management. We’re dedicated to setting high standards within the industry and delivering great products to our clients. Custom Foams is accredited to ISO9001:2015.
We place great emphasis on manufacturing products to our customers’ specifications and are proud of our continuing high performance in this area. TFS has BSI certification for our ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety. Custom Foams is accredited to the ISO9001:2015 standard.

With an extensive range of foam-converting machinery in our factories, we can band-knife, die-cut, slit, rout, mill, lathe, bore, drill, laminate, contour cut, print and emboss our foams and rubbers..
Flexibility
We keep high levels of stock, so you never have to wait long for your order. Our teams also work in shifts, the factories are open for 18 hours a day which means we can turn around your urgent order.
We can deliver daily, weekly or monthly. If you offer a Kanban or consignment stock system in your warehouse we can tailor our deliveries to your own system.
Innovation
Some products need new machines to be made or customised, so we develop suitable machinery and tooling within our own engineering department for your project.
