We do this by combining our extensive knowledge of foam, with high-level expertise in engineering. For example, we have designed, commissioned, built and modified machines to create products beyond the reaches of many of our competitors. We can cut foam to within 0.25 of a millimetre!

Why we're different
Stock, speed and price
A major part of our success as foam converters comes from our ability to turn new orders round quickly, often because we hold such high levels of stock. This means we have access to the wide range of grades produced by our sister foaming plants. As we are integrated within the foam industry, we also have direct access to many unique grades. This in turn allows our customers to benefit from the full range of materials, competitive prices as well as prompt delivery..
Touch and feel
Once we have identified the right grade, we can send samples and specification sheets for your approval. We know that foam and rubbers are tactile materials, our customers often like to see and feel the grade we are recommending.
Access to the supply chain
Our suppliers often rely on us to find new applications and customers for their materials, so for some larger projects we create a three-way relationship between the foam block manufacturer, us and yourself. We recognise the value in such open relationships, enabling all parties to have better access to information, better solutions, and ultimately stronger long-term relationships throughout the supply chain.
